First, that’s how Banner columnist Rick Hutzell referred to Harris. So you should complain to him, since we merely copied and pasted the top of his column. Second, your comment is inaccurate. According to the state planning department, Harford and the eastern slice of Baltimore County in the 1st Congressional District have 316,000 people; the Eastern Shore has 465,000 people. I’m not sure where Harris lives now, but he used to have a condo in Cambridge. He is really the congressman FOR the Shore. Not from it. And he represents everybody, not just the people who voted for him.
